Welcome to BruBuy. By accessing or using our student marketplace, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Eligibility
BruBuy is intended primarily for college students, university alumni, and learners in India. You agree to provide genuine information during registration.
2. Peer-to-Peer Trading
BruBuy provides the discovery, messaging, and verification infrastructure for student transactions. Unless explicitly stated, transactions and handovers occur directly between buyer and seller.
3. Prohibited Content
Users may not list illegal items, stolen goods, counterfeits, academic dishonesty materials, or offensive content. BruBuy reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these policies.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you encounter bad faith transactions or harassment, report the user immediately through our in-app reporting tools or via support@brubuy.com.
